Redesigned and shipped the new IxDF referral system that enabled Admins to manage new types of referrals and gain an average of 52% more referrals in each of the three months after launch.
Situation
Referrals create 15% of IxDF's revenue. The referral system needed critical data, management tools, and decision tools so that Admins could handle new types of referrals.
